The History of Bagells

Bagells started in 2019 (...or 2018... or 2017... depending on who you ask) as a survival server among my friends. After playing a lot of 1.8 PvP we decided to pivot our works to a KitPvP server

Over time, Bagells has gone through multiple rebrands: BagelCraft, Bagells, Sumoz, Bagelz, and Plasma Network. Since 2021, @koqel and I have been the primary managers

On August 1st, 2023, I stepped down from ownership, leaving @koqel to continue running the server. Bagells eventually shut down on August 5th, 2024 while running as an EarthSMP server.



However, @koqel and I got back into Minecraft and we decided to co-lead the recreation of Bagells. On April 10th, 2026, we returned to what made the server loved and begun re-developing our most beloved gamemode: KitPvP. We're planning to launch in June 2026 and are committed to keeping our core principals that made the original Bagells great: fair & fun PvP.
